The palletizing function requires three instructions (palletizing instruction, palletizing action instruction, and palletizing end instruction) in the same program to work properly. Even if only one instruction is copied into a subroutine for teach-in, the function will not work properly.
After the palletizing data is taught, the palletizing number is automatically written along with the relevant instructions, so there is no need to worry about reusing it in other programs.
External Environment:
In a cooler environment, the palletizing robot may start abnormally and need to be baked or re-read to bring it back to normal.
The signal cable in the robot body needs to be ultra-flexible and fixed in a suitable position. When welding in the field, ensure that the weldment is reliably grounded to avoid damage to the motor cable.
Programming & Debugging:
Ensure that the palletizing program is written correctly without human intervention. During the debugging process, the robot's motion trajectory, speed and other parameters are gradually adjusted to ensure that the palletizing operation is stable and efficient.
Workpiece placement:
Ensure that the stacked items are placed neatly and avoid skewing or loosening, otherwise the palletizing robot may not be able to grasp accurately or the palletizing will be unstable.
Robot operating range:
Pay attention to the robot's range of motion to avoid collisions with workers, other equipment, or obstacles. Set up safety fences as needed to ensure the safety of the work area.
Load Limit:
The palletizing robot has a certain load capacity, and it should never exceed its specified load limit.
Speed Adjustment:
According to the requirements of the palletizing operation and the characteristics of the item, the movement speed of the robot is adjusted. Too high a speed can lead to inaccurate picking or placement, and too low a speed can lead to less efficiency.
Emergency Stop:
During operation, once an abnormal situation is found, immediately press the emergency stop button to stop the operation of the robot.
Regular Maintenance:
Regularly carry out maintenance and maintenance of the palletizing robot, including cleaning, lubrication, fastening, etc., to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and reduce the failure rate.
Operational safety:
